Hotel was very nice. A bit of a challenge finding the valet parking, but otherwise perfect for heading out to the Dubai 7’s.
The main issue was the VIP access was pretty much worthless. They wouldn’t upgrade the room - even though they were still offering the next room level up on their website. The restaurants worth going to are not affiliated with the hotel. Staff were nice.

I wish I had room to be cleaned everyday as we stayed 5 days .
The staff were nice but when I asked the hair dryer to be fixed , the dryer was left not fixed and the shower temperature was quite low .So I felt cold .
Hope the shower and dryer will be fixed for next customer.
