The executive lounge staff were excellent and hotel was great. The reason we didn’t give 5 stars is that we requested non smoking and we were given email confirmation that we would be given a non smoking room, however the room was a smoking room and on a smoking floor. We only checked in around 3am and were too tired to ask for a swap and decided to keep the room

Awesome stay for 24th-26th December the Christmas Day brunch is superb will definitely come again.

Dining options are very limited. During the checkout I had to wait for over 10 minutes for the staff to check the minibar. Common, is this a 3 star hotel!?

We are extremely impressed with the customer service, specially Anila in the restaurant who was extremely helpful and kind and when she realised I was unwell sent me a goody bag for breakfast . However the property lacked a choice of restaurants. The main restaurant was the only major one . The Greek restaurant was outdoors and it was too hot to sit outside and the Korean bar didn’t allow kids after 8pm so was if no use to us. Also the hotel had no shuttle service to and from Dubai Mall like a lot of other similar hotels offer so it was a bit inconvenient. Overall everyone was lovely and the Turkish tea from Badaway was great and our overall stay was amazing
