The room was great, upgraded and clean, staff was very nice simple check in and out. The property is in a rough area of town and a bit ran down. But my husband and I didn't have any problems. Came to town for one night for a family visit. Will stay again.

The room smelled like pee, the pool had been closed by the health department because “no chlorine “ which could have been easily fixed, no wash cloths were provided.

I apologize for the condition of the room. I have spoken to the housekeepers . Unfruitfully the are a couple minor issues with the pool besides no chlorine. We do hope to have it up and running again soon.

Not very convenient entrance or exit from facility outside dirty disgusting ,breakfast,was disguting eggs were microwaved fruit rotton. Bed was hard as a rock. No phone in room. Will never use that hotel again. Or franchise.

I understand about the entrance and exit. It can become very inconvenient especially with traffic. While we do replenish our fruit on a daily basis some do expire quicker then others though we do try and keep an eye on their freshness. Unfortunately we are not equipped as a full on site restaurant We are currently so yes we do microwave the eggs. We are currently in the process of updating our landscape.
