"A very comfortable room once you make it there. Getting there was very difficult for me, but I’m a foreigner who doesn’t speak French so it’s probably just a me thing. The parking and unloading the car was very stressful because there was not a lot of options in front of the hotel and I made a mechanics shop angry as I was trying to unload. "I appreciated the room upgrade. Dust on the ceiling panels everywhere. Not a huge deal but it wouldn't be long to vacuum tor dust off these once every 3 months. I found it annoying not to have any hot water in the shower at midnight and at 6.30am. Apart from late night and early morning hot water was fine. I didn't have these observations during prior stays 2 years ago and earlier this month as I come stay regularly at this hotel. I'll still return because location is convenient for my particular needs. Front desk friendly."
