Property was clean,friendly staff with good parking. The passing traffic as the property is on a main road is very loud as was the ceiling fan.
Still a great budget option to stay.

Advertised as having breakfast available and room service - this was not the case. We had travelled up for a specialist appointment and found it very disappointing and upsetting. It was inconvenient.

The room looked tidy but when I turned on the aircon, a few cockroaches fell from it. There were also some cockroaches around the bed. The window and its curtains could not be closed, and room was noisy due to traffic on the road next to it.

The management were very welcoming on arrival & during our stay over the weekend nothing was a problem they were helpful, informative & friendly. The property was very maintained, spotlessly clean & tidy they obviously take pride in their motel. We will certainly return next we visit Townsville.

We are use to a higher standard of property but because of the V8 Supercars were in town we had to resort to this Motel. On the whole it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was very basic and old.
