The staff were wonderful, and made such an effort for our son’s birthday. The hotel was incredibly clean and the room was spacious. Close to the tube stations. Breakfast was very busy (half term), but good choice.

I stayed here for a work event. The day I booked- actually two hours later- my location changed 45 min Away and the hotel refused to let me have a refund or change hotels or even to another property of Theirs. Expedia and the hotel Both claimed it was up to the other. The smoke alarm went off during the middle of the night. And the air and heat was tricky- kept waking up to no air and a boiling room. Or freezing when I tried to get warm. We had a few incidents where the elevator got stuck, and a really creepy guy stared at me all the way up the elevator and came to my floor. And the hotel had a strange setup- when trying to get back from the gym I got lost because it’s in a different wing from some rooms. But the staff was super super friendly and accommodating and helpful. The place was very clean other than the sofa thing and headboard which were dusty. The area has a lot of food options, but it was 30 min taxi or Uber from most things in the city I tried to get to and thus an extra expense.

Great hotel ! Staff so professional and helpful. Other than having to wait for my room for 25 minutes after check in … the entire experience was perfect!

Hotel was highly average. Surrounding area was quite run down.
