The gate doesn’t lock at night! Main door covering room 17 @ 18 is not working always open, room 17 door doesnt shut easily, maid cleaned the room but didn’t shut room. No A/C working, tv channels only in French, bath very small. Not enough space to swing a cat, pillows are only for baby usage very small (useless)

Hotel room was very small with limited room. The bathroom was a module no bigger than that in a caravan. The whole bathroom gets wet when showering. Its a squeeze between the bed and the bathroom door, which when opening hits the bed. The hotel is in an isolated area, away from restaurants (except McDonalds) and not near public transport. Other nearby hotels have security fences and the lack of fence worried us, but we did not encounter any issues. The hotel is used by tradesman and travelling workers - not an issue, however, used because their company provides them with cheap and basic rooms. Cleaners are not friendly or courteous and appeared as though we were not there, forgetting that we were guests and providing them their salary and a job. Reception is open on limited hours and not onsite, but we had not issue. A small, cheap, very basic room for a night - its ok. We had three nights, two nights too much!!

The Campanile restaurant is right next to the hotel, opposite Mc Donald's and a Vietnamese restaurant.
The nearest bus station is 300 meters from the hotel entrance.

Good Service
Posted 2 Dec 2018 on HotelsStay for four nights. Good price and get what you paid for. Counter staff provided good service. We suffered a car crash in Toulousse and that left us a poor experience.

Good clean hotel...it was great for our needs...stop off overnight...some good restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely use this one again.

The room was at the back of reception. It looked like a staff room. The door was rotting, the shower was broken, and the room looked onto a open field with no security. My bonus night was wasted. The wifi was intermittent, more often off than on.

non smoking rooms non existent!
Posted 19 Dec 2016We paid for non smoking rooms, but got rooms that were smoke filled.
Nothing staff could do for us. Many other problems, just steer clear of this place, find an IBIS or F1 or sleep in your car, it will be better. WIFI was not usable, too slow, bad connections.
