We loved this hotel and will definitely be back! The pool was a highlight and so were the wonderful rooms! The air conditioning was a 10/10 as were the bathroom amenities. It is also so great that they have the city bikes just outside the hotel so it was super easy to see Toulouse that way!

Air conditioning not effective
Posted 22 Jul 2024 on HotelsAir conditioning did not work, I reported it and they did not fix it. The room was over 25 deg and we couldn’t sleep. The hotel is nice and the swimming pool area is good.

Reception for check in was not welcoming
No hotel amenities were explained or described at check in. Nothing about WiFi, terrace, etc we had to learn ourselves
Room was lacking many basics. 1 shower gel/shampoo bottle and 1 hand wash, nothing else in room or bathroom.
Room TV would not enable us to use any Netflix or other as described, only local cable.
For the price we would recommend elsewhere.

Lovely stay, very helpful staff. Needed a wheelchair and in a day it was provided free of charge.

Good location and clean
