Staff went out of their way to provide parking although we hadn't booked it. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel in a nice area and very close to restaurants.

Great property and location. The owner who runs the hotel was extremely helpful and accommodating would definitely stay again.

Hotel was in a great location. Host was really friendly and gave us some.good dining suggestions. Room was clean and a good size for our family. Pull out bed wasnt very comfortable and room was on a slope. Didn't love the water saving shower head.
Overall really enjoyed our stay and would stay at this hotel again.

Even though this is a 3 star hotel, you still have some expectations.
The furniture and walls have obvious damage (holes on the walls) that need to be fixed. There is no functional safe in the room (there is physically one in the room it just does not work) because and I quote: the hotel is a safe space.
The telephone in the room does not function because and I quote again: people do not use it anymore
The location is good if you visiting the downtown core, the room was made promptly and the staff was friendly but for me is a hard pass in the future

We claim to be the opposite of the standards of our competitors, the chain hotels.However, we are not responsible for your choice or your condition.If I willingly confirm that I have condemned the safes because they are more of a problem than a solution (seeing the number of people who forget the code, or even empty them when leaving ...), you could have the intellectual honesty to say that the phone was repaired within 3 minutes, and all this because we are friendly and efficient, as you kindly pointed out.I wish you a speedy recovery, and good luck.

Excellent location thats close to everything. Airport bus drops and picks you up right in front of the hotel for 9 euros. The host Fred is so friendly and helpful
