Of the six people we dealt with only one seemed suited to her job The toy dark haired woman was welcoming and friendly The housekeeping was good until they changed the sheets and left a new buta stained one! They were more friendly than most of reception. No safe but you can use one at reception. Breakfast ends 10 prompt with no reminder. Good bus and train links to town and isle de Porquerolles Get a week a pass for €9 from TInfo.

The staff were amazing and helpful. We were able to borrow chargers and charge our phones in the computer. Free breakfast was a plus. The staff also called taxi out for us.

Quality Inn Express... The irony is in the name.

A pleasent welcome by reception staff. Bilingual, professional and friendly. My room was 314 and the view overlooked a 3 story carpark. Awful! The room a typical size for a single but almost completely devoid of furniture. No mini bar available for storing bottles of water. The bed was thankfully clean but the pillows were either unnaturally soft or overly hard. Nothing that supported the neck so unsurprisingly, I had a terrible nights sleep. The bathroom was a disaster. Mouldly caulking in the shower and hadn't been cleaned with chlorine in quite some time. The ceiling inside the shower cubicle had large and obvious water stains and evidence of moisture absorption and mould. The extractor fan either didnt work or there was none as the steam from the hot water inundated the bathroom completely. Toilet had a badly cracked lid that should have been replaced. The entire bathroom was old in decor and tired. Breakfast was petite as described and forgettable, which was probably why it's free. However, while not the worst breakfast faced, at least there were a couple of edible options.

Rooms too small. Toiletries not sufficient.

Very good hotel. Nice people on check-in and servers at breakfast. Breakfast itself is European with wide choice. Room is big with sofa.
