Language was a barrier.

Unfortunately our host spoke no English this made our stay difficult. I booked a triple room so that we would have more space but could not communicate this. It would be helpful to know that the host only speaks French. Very close to todra gorge.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The host family was friendly, helpful and made us feel most welcomed. We stayed in the double room which was perfect for what we wanted (had a window & a/c not that we needed it). A sweet breakfast in the morning sun with cheeky birds chirping away & great views of the village and surrounding cliffs was an amazing way to start our days. A highlight was getting to visit the hosts farm just out of tinghir. It was interesting to see the irrigation set up & the different crops they could grow. The reservoir doubles as a large swimming pool so if you’re lucky enough to go out there you may be able to swim laps in the desert!! The village itself is really safe with a wonderful community of locals and while the hosts are great cooks there are also a lot of other good restaurants in the village you could try. We walked through the gorge to climb everyday with the first crag about 10mins away. If I could give more than 5 stars I would with so many little things going above and beyond like helping us learn a bit of the local language, arranging a delivery of beer from Tinghir and dropping us off at our bus on the last day.

Super close to the climbing!

These people are so great! Extremely friendly family with awesome hospitality! And at a great price! They made us both dinner and breakfast and they had homegrown olive oil and milk from the valley here. Would 100% recommend this place! :D

L’accueil très agréable. Le dîner et petit déjeuner copieux et très bon néanmoins un peu cher 140 dirhams par personne pour un couscous, sans dessert ni entrée m’a paru exorbitant La chambre que nous avions été lumineuse et spacieuse. Par contre La literie est moyenne , et lorsque nous sommes arrivés les serviettes de toilettes sales n’avaient pas été enlevées Ça reste néanmoins un bon rapport qualité prix Il faut juste négocier le repas du soir

Merci pour votre remarques mais a propos de prix des repas merci de revoir ce que vous avez payé Deux plats coscos fait maison 140 DH c est a dire 70 DH par plat et 5€ par personne pour le petit déjeuner

Impossible de trouver l’établissement la nuit, indication très aléatoire et service limité. Je n’ai donc pas pu y accéder malgré nos recherches intensives mais restées stériles. Nous avons dû nous replier en urgence dans un hôtel à Tinghir à minuit avec tous les risques que cela peut encourir.

apres un appel un dernier appel vers 23h on a répondu clairement qu on est a 1 km avent les gorges du todra sur la route et qu on vous attend sur la route .l'appel etait sur notre ligne de telfone fixe alors on ne pouvait pas rappeler puisque votre telefone ne s etait pas affiché vous nous avez fait attendre jusqu'a 2h de matin alors que vous etes deja installé a un hotel a 3 km de chez nous. on peu comprendre que vous etiez fatigué et pas pu arrivée a la regure mais de faire un tel commentaire je suis désolé vous cherchiez seulement a ne pas payer la réservation faut juste etre honnête on vous debetrais pas meme si c etait notre droit .

Gute Lage für die Schlucht, aber leider Abzockerei

Gute Lage um die Schlucht zu besichtigen. Achtung kein Abendessen in der Unterkunft nehmen, pure Abzocke mit 200 Dirham. Lieber ein schönes Restaurant in der Umgebung aufsuchen und ein Bruchteil zahlen. Sonst ist das Zimmer groß und relativ sauber.

Je suis désolé que vous appelez ça une arnaque. Vous avez payez 20 euros pour deux personne c est a dire 10 euros par personne pour un menu fait pour vous avec une entree plus plat et dissert fruit .c'est le prix tres normal vous auriez du dire que vous etes deux personnes et aussi ce que vous avez mange Es tut mir leid, dass Sie es einen Betrug nennen. Sie zahlen 20 Euro für zwei Personen, dh 10 Euro pro Person für ein Menü für Sie mit einem schmeichelhaften Vorspeise und Dissert Frucht. Es ist sehr normal Preis Du hättest sagen sollen, dass du zwei Leute bist und was du gegessen hast
