Customer service was superb. Service crew will personally bring you to the hotel room. Wide range of food to choose from the buffet dinner. Green bean soup, mee sua, etc were also served between 130 to 430pm. Breakfast options could be improved.

Pros: Free to roam concept is good
Great stay with meals all included even free flow of food during the day

A fun stay but room is in need of maintenance
Posted 17 Dec 2015 on HotelsOverall, we enjoyed the activities, barbeque n variety of food. But the room n toilet is in need of maintenance. If they can renovate the room, this will be a perfect stay.
Things to note:
1. There is no lift. Need to climb stairs to room.
2. DIY Barbecue has lots of variety of food. Was fun for the 8 of us.
3. Lantern making was fun too.
4. Morning stroll around the farm was interesting (mandarin speaking), my kids have fun.
