Check in was tedious seemed to duplicate everything.Car parking was first come first served making it hard for day trippers

Thank you for your service. Even though I didn’t know how to speak Japanese, the process was great. I like the fact too that it was 5 min walk from the station.

Overall excellent. I really do not need the yukata and other amenities. They could consider making those options.
