"The place is so interesting and different with the individual pods. The main building is beautiful and the bar has a massive selection of scotch. There’s even a free sauna that you can book. The breakfast was great as well. My ONLY complaint is that if you have one of the pods at the top of the hill, you have to walk up and it’s a hike! The only upside is that they have the best views. Overall I would recommend for the experience. "

"We loved our stay at the Uig hotel. We had a king room with a wonderful view of the bay. It was quiet and in a nice location on the Isle of Skye. The staff was very kind and we enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant downstairs. We also appreciated the offerings to suit all dietary needs, including vegan and gluten free options. This is a great hotel and I would stay here again."

Checking in was very easy, the property was lovely and clean, the breakfast was exceptional and lovingly cooked in front of us by Jim and Paulline who were very kind and welcoming. "A lovely little cottage on Uig Bay owned by the hoteliers of the Uig Hotel. A wonderful breakfast was included at the hotel a 10-15 minute walk away. Our room had an ensuite and a beautiful view of the bay. Parking was easily accessible. Information on dining, historic places, hikes, pubs, etc. was readily available from the hotel staff. Service & staff were exceptional. If there was ever a place to get lost & press the reset button, the Isle of Skye was it for us! Enchanting."
