" Located well with really good views, we were given the mulhacen apartment which was at the top of the building so a few flights of stairs but so worth it.lovely 2 bedroom apartment with lounge and kitchen which was well equipped,lovely tereace outside to take in the ...views. Accessto building is close to a garage repair business but we could not hear anything so no worries. Short walk down the hill to the town and opposite is a great park which is handy as we have a dog. "All the employees were very friendly, even the cleaning staff! The walls are thin so you will hear your neighbours but the amenities are beautiful. I highly recommend choosing the “all-inclusive” option for meals. The buffets were first rate and had everything labelled carefully if you have food sensitivities (like gluten intolerance or a severe nut allergy). "

"We stayed for 5 nights on half board for a walking holiday. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and, in particular, the swimming pool in the early evening. The reception staff were highly professional and the restaurant staff were friendly. The evening menu only changes once a week which meant some repetition in our actual selections of food."

"Everybody was nice and friendly was excellent. Also, they actually cater to me because I don’t eat a lot of things on the menu, but they changed things around and made me feel welcome. They cater to my knee, which was excellent. I would highly recommend this place. If going back to the same area I would definitely go back to stay at the same place. Our place was nice and clean. It made us feel very welcomed. I would not change anything. Thank you for having us and making us feel completely welcomed and at home ."

"Really lovely place to stay, from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful, checking in late was no problem as they have 24 hour reception. The room was clean and well equipped. The shower was great. Air con worked perfectly. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool wasn't busy (stayed late May) and the grounds were varied and peaceful. Would absolutely stay here again."

"This property was a wonderful surprise. The hotel itself is clean and very comfortable. No running out of hot water when showering. The location is beautiful. It is in a valley that is known for their oranges which feature in the hotel’s restaurant. The food at the restaurant highlights local specialities. Amazing food. Finally, the staff are very helpful and nice. I would not hesitate to return."

Apartment wonderful but facilities closed!

"The apartment itself was lovely, very impressive. Clean and well laid out. The only issue I have is that I booked the apartment in part because of the facilities - and no where did it mention that the hotel (and therefore the facilities) were closed! So no bar, no cafe, no pool... Having said that, the apartment really was very nice and we'd stay again."
