cheap (and nasty)
Posted 30 Jun 2024 on HotelsLike student accomodation but it is very cheap.
It costs £30 / for 2 people to stay here for 1 night - it costs £15 for my dog to stay in his boarding kennel, so exactly the same. I also paid more for a breakfast in a different hotel in Torun. It is very cheap but it is basic - it has a bed, toilet, shower and TV but that is about it.

Uncorfortable bed.

I have to mentiin however the bed.
This was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. The matress was ultra thin and on a hardboard base ans was extremely uncomfortable.

Stuck in covid times.
Posted 13 Jul 2023 on Hotels1st we had to request for someone to clean room and change towels! I travel alot and having to read an itinerary in the room which i dont usually do is a 1st for me! It says for minimal contact! WHY! Covid was over 2 years ago,all other hotels dont do this and these are 4 star! Hotel needs to move on and put a rota on, last thing i want to do on a city break is organise my own room clean rota.
Air conditioning unit on full blast does not produce any sufficient cold air to change room temp, mid summer and room was still showing 21c at 2am,open a window and you get bitten.
I know its a budget hotel and cheap but one plug for modern day traveller is a joke.

Great for a budget stay

Great value - too small breakfast room
Posted 8 Aug 2022 on HotelsGreat value in a good location with a short walk through a nice park to get you to Old Town entrance in under 10 minutes. Quiet. Only problem is the size of the breakfast room which is inadequate for size of hotel. One morning we gave up and breakfasted in town. Apart from that a good choice.
