Good morning Mr. James, aka Pinocchio, the only truth he told when he threatened us with a negative review at check out, all he writes are lies, and now we tell the little story of his stay at the Arbatasar for those who read. Your reservation was for a double bed room, but when you arrived you requested a twin bed room, but the twin beds were already all booked. When you checked out, you slyly complained that the bathroom was broken, which when checked by our maintenance man found nothing of the kind you described. At this point you said you wanted to pay half amount booked because, according to him, you were disturbed in your sleep by the bathroom breakage, which you were not granted, in fact the bathroom was fully functional. The Receptionist asked you why you don't called the Reception Desk reporting the problem, they would have changed your room, but you said you were sleeping at that time. But then one wonders: were you sleep or were you awake because you were disturbed by the disruption? The judgement is up to those who will read your lies. Then let's not talk about education, someone who threatens a girl to write a bad review because she is not right but does not go along with him in his demands, I don't think he can teach us manners and how to behave. Instead, I think you should go back to school to take a crash course in education.

Very noisy

Very noisy! We had room 102 and I think it was either above or below the kitchen, as it was noisy till late at night and then the noise started up again at 3:00am. Very disappointing and not very relaxing

Dear Sir or Madame, we are very very sorry that you were not able to get a good night's, but we would inform you that at the mentioned time, that night the kitchen, closed at 11.30 p.m. So certainly the noise, the shouting and the disturbance was caused by the arrival in the middle of the night of a small family staying in the very rooms next door to you. Probably in the silence of the night any small noise is amplified and this is unfortunately not a cause to be blamed on the hotel (one always relies on people's common sense in such cases). I could not get any ice, gave me 2 plastic cups. I guess you get what you pay for. Rooms were noisy, breakfast was terrible.

We inform you that for safety reasons the use of glass glasses is NOT allowed in the room, this attention is paid above all to guarantee the safety of the guest. We don't understand why you wanted to extend your stay by one night if the property did not live up to your expectations. All rooms are soundproofed and equipped with the best comforts (this year we replaced the hairdryers in the bathroom for effective use by guests).Regarding breakfast, you do not describe what was missing among all our products or what you would have liked to find; We are very surprised by this disappointment because starting from the cafeteria to proceed to the fresh products of our pastry shop with cakes and croissants and finally the entire assortment of savory products from cured meats to cheeses up to fresh fruit, fruit juices, etc etc we really cannot to imagine what else he would have wanted in the buffet. We hope to be able to host you again in the future for a second experience at Arbatasar! Greetings Stefania

Struttura molto pulita e con personale gentilissimo. Non abbiamo fatto uso di piscina e spa in quanto eravamo sempre in giro. Ristorante ottimo.
