Uniquely decorated hotel in a nice and peaceful area, in the middle of a lot of fruit growing.

Overall, it was really good. There were a couple of issues with customer service and the information provided. There wasn't any mention during booking that you'd have to pay extra for the spa, and there was no water available in the spa either. Additionally, the room service menu stated that the burger came with salad and fries, but it only came with fries, and the burger itself was just bread and meat... These might seem like minor details, but they were quite frustrating, to be honest. On the second day, the receptionist didn't understand us well in either English or Spanish. However, the receptionist on the first day was excellent.

I think the dining was not up to par for this type of property. The property is beautiful and unique, the pool and spa fabulous, the dinner was just OK and didn't meet the quality of all the other aspects of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was good, dinner can be improved.

Posted 23 Aug 2021 on HotelsLovely hotel on the Costa Brava, close to Begur. It was the perfect place for our first three days in Spain, to sit in the sun by the pool and slowly begin to feel human again. Very relaxed and nothing was a problem for the very helpful staff.

A beautiful rural retreat.
Posted 25 Oct 2019 on HotelsExcellent and welcoming receptionist. Cleaning staff very efficient and friendly. Room and facilities excellent. A second armchair would be very welcome. Used dining room for dinner and very disappointed with the standard of food. Overall a very pleasant rural setting amongst the orchards. Waiter staff pleasant but could be more efficient, e.g. why was acetic not placed on tables. Enjoyed but could be improved by better food and dining room waiters.

Quiet and the staff was very professional. A lot of outdoor activities possible. Lovely couple getaway.
