The only comment I would make is that the public areas have no soft furnishings and the sound travels. Soft close doors would help as you can hear doors on several levels closing. They sound like they are being slammed closed.

Great base for traveling around the area. Good price. Love the old town.
Don't expect any luxeries, no amenaties at the hotel other than basic breakfast. No where to sit and relax, no chairs by the nice pool. Adddition of these would make a world of difference. A lot of traffic noise if you are at the front of the hotel. Take a two minute walk down into the town caffee's for a great breakfast.

Large room, comfortable bed, very friendly young lady who was doing the cleaning, nice viewing from the balcony. But some maintenance required, for instance, the shower holder was loose, the bathroom fan was making a banging noise, the balcony door was stuck.

The room was in good condition and the view from the 3rd floor balcony was excellent.
We were instructed on the door to check in at another hotel a few hundred meters away, where we went for breakfast (the breakfast and hotel was excellent)
, given a keylock and wifi code and all went very smoothly.

Dilapidated ! Not fit for purpose!
Posted 11 Aug 2016 on HotelsShocked and disappointed .Check in at neighbouring hotel.Room rundown condition.Broken french doors leading to balcony.No air conditioning,no phone no soap in bathroom.outlook scrapyard.Rusted fittings in bathroom.Broken window outside room. Only consellation refunded half cost on complaint to manager of neighbouring hotel.

Location: beach , scuba diving, walking
Basic hotel but staff very friendly, rooms clean, 5 kms from beach, swimming pool . Nice town to visit.

Posted 5 Sep 2012 on HotelsHad a lovely stay at the hotel Coll. The staff were very freindly and although the decor was a bit dated the room was very clean and comfortable. Great location in the centre of Torroella. Would have been nice to have a pool bar though. We also had a fantastic meal at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel.
