"Reception staff very helpful, quick and easy check in, appreciated having the aircon already running in my room prior to arrival on a very hot day (rooms require key tag for power to switch on normally), has everything you need and close to trams, buses, hospital and good pizza place 2-3 minute walk away. Good variety in the mini bar. Downside on this trip was the false fire alarm at 2.30 in the morning but on the positive at least we know it works and the staff at the time were very apologetic for the inconvenience. Check out was quick and easy as well. Definitely good value for money. See you again next week."
