Again a very enjoyable stay !

Close to supermarkets, town centre and really good access to train or bus station

I couldn't stay at this property as there was no one there when I arrived. I had to arrange other suitable accommodation and was told this accommodation was not safe foe solo females.

Sra. Wendy usted nunca se alojó con nosotros ni se puso en contacto con el alojamiento, por lo que es muy atrevido por su parte sugerir que nuestros apartamentos no son seguros yanque se hospedan muchas mujeres y hay total seguridad.

Disapointing
Posted 21 Apr 2023 on HotelsAnts in kitchen, balcony door didn’t lock, painting and decorating round outside our room considering plenty of rooms were empty. Lack of communication no one at reception for the duration of our trip.

There was nothing to cook with, had to buy a pan, glasses, sponges, wax cloth etc, one word terrible. Stayed 10 days and seen no one to clean, communicate or ask anything. There was a phone number you needed to call and that was it. Size of apartment was ok and near center located.

Dear customer, we are tourist apartments with basic kitchen utensils, perhaps you did not look carefully, but in the drawers of the living room there are cutlery and in the kitchen cabinets there are pans, pots and plates, we regret this situation, regarding cleaning, our apartments do not have cleaning, they are tourist apartments, sheets and towels are changed once a week, greetings

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura si trova in centro e quindi molto comoda per spostarsi.
L'appartamento è bello, molto luminoso.
Il personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato.

Perfect location with peaceful surroundings
Posted 2 Jul 2024 on HotelsPerfect location close to train, shopping, restaurants and city center. Despite this it is in a quiet neighborhood. Room wasn’t that clean when we arrived and during the stay at Velero you have to clean the apartment yourself. We were there for 10 days before new bed linen and towels were delivered. You have to change the bed linen yourself. The pool was green of algae when we arrived 9th June. It was somewhat cleaned during the first days but we didn’t use it because we didn’t want to take the risk of getting sick. Anyway it wasn’t our main reason for choosing Velero and all in all we had a great stay and would definitely come back next time we are going to the Malaga area. The owner/manager was very helpful with recommendations and advices for our vacation.
