The property was beautiful! Compared to the neighborhood I couldn’t believe the inside. Definitely will book again! I loved it

The rooms were clean and very nice. The airplane and rooster noise was not as bad as everyone said it was. Didn’t even notice the noise half the time. Would stay here again!

There are no attendants to meet incoming reservations. Everything has to be done be phone and the probability of reaching someone is very slim. There are limited servers of cleaning rooms and you have access to clean towels only on the third day of the stay. I would definitely not refer this stay to anyone .

The property is not as advertised. Locateed on a dirt street which actually has no name or address, far from any decent store or restaurant. We called the rental agent and they could not assist us finding the place. We spent 90 minutes in a taxi looking for this terrible property.Room in poor condition and no-one present to provide any service or information. Much better accomodations are available at a lower price right on the beach in Carolina

Thank you for your feedback Sandra! As described in the listing this is a self service, short term rental with limited amenities. Is located in Piñones, Loiza a fisherman rural town. The address and location is listed on Google maps and the pin brings you directly to the property if followed as is. Before charging gests cards we sent a welcome message with all this information in case the guest has not properly understand the listing description and amenities that are offered, and give you the option of canceling if you do not agree to the terms and conditions. We apologize for the inconveniences and are glad you found a low price accommodation that was suitable to your needs.

The property was pleasant to stay. The pool area is very nice, but wished the bar was opened during our stay. Wished additional amenities were offered.
