"I was a bit disappointed based on the pictures. I thought we would have a room with a balcony that had a view. It is definitely a value property so I would say it’s average. It was difficult to find the staff sometimes. The pillows were very dated the main beds were comfortable, but the room that “accommodates four” the second bed is the equivalent of a pullout couch mattress. "For a 16th (?) century village, this is an outstanding accommodation. The room was nice and very clean. I liked the location and the walk from the parking area was not too bad. The breakfast was excellent (see if you can get them to make you two croissants!). The area is EXCELLENT for exploring the Italian and French Alps.
