The hotel has great installations but it needs a better maintenance and care. Rooms are pretty confortables but are not well maintained. We reported that the blackout of our curtain was tear down and let the sun in in the morning but they never came to repair it. Also we reported that the shower drain was clogged but that also was not fixed.

Good hotel was 5 star, but now a 4 star. Rooms/beds very comfortable. Magnificent pool. Understaffed in most areas. A good base for a relaxing holiday.

This is not a 5* hotel. It may have been once, but it is in desperate need of repair and refurbishment. The staff were nice, but not enough of them! The pool area had collapsing sunbeds, loose tiles, dangerously loose handrails and more

Not 5 star in anyway. Breakfast is shocking barely any options and all cold everyday. Service all around the hotel is absolutely shocking, reception staff are rude and unhelpful, you are left sat waiting in all the restaurants to be served, 20/30 minutes inbetween being seated ordering drinks then another wait to order food then another wait for the bill. Booked a double room got two single beds. Reception said housekeeping would come to put the beds together but never did. Air conditioning is ridiculously weak. Limited food options around the resort and all so expensive for what you get. Area around is also poor. I am now chasing for a partial refund, have sent 3 messages and still no reply. Will not be returning.

Lovely stay. Only one comment.

Very nice hotel. If I could find any criticism it’s the bands they ask you to wear round the pool, obviously to differentiate you from random walk ins. Good idea but the bracelets just tighten but do not slacken, and as such are dangerous. Our 3 years old grandson pulled his tight and it cut the blood flow off to his hand and we had to urgently cut it off with a knife. Quite why it’s like that is beyond me. Otherwise a good stay with great checkin.

Not a Five Star Experience

This hotel is 20 years old and shows it. Having visited it over 14 years ago at its peak. It was a true five-star experience. What you will experience is low staffing overworked staff who try hard to please guests. Flaking paint, stained carpets, old air-conditioning (sounds like a jet engine), dirty pool water, creaking lifts. On arrival you are left to fend for yourself. Room is not ready or complete. Cleaning staff do an outstanding job but are under staffed. There is no welcome package, no welcome drink (water) There is no help with suitcases. There is no introduction to the hotel, there is no help to your room to talk you through how it functions. Old fridges, TVs that do not have a satellite and showers that need an overhaul. Bedding is clean balcony is poorly, situated with permanent buzzzing noise. Staff are apologetic but are extremely understaffed. Not a five star experience just managing a shabby three star with Five star Costs. This feels like a hotel that has been taken over by a large organisation whose only interest is making money and not looking after customers. Very disappointing as I love the area and have spent many years previously in the hotel where it was an exceptional five-star experience.
