We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location. Originally we were only going to stay one night but then ended up staying an additional two nights. The property was beautiful and conveniently located. The whole staff treated us like family specially Agnes. She was amazing. She was so helpful and even booked our dinner reservations one night. She’s the reason that we had no hesitation booking additional nights

The hotel didn't know we were coming they could find our reservation. Finally found our reservation. However, the hotel wasn't fully booked, so they gave use a room, however, it wasn't the room I booked or paid for. We booked the hot tube room and just got a regular room. It was nice but not what I booked or paid for. Nice place and people were nice.

Nice Hotel Within Driving Distance to Coa Valley

Pros: It was nice, new & comfortable. A jewel in an unexpected location.
Cons: Start breakfast at 8 am so guests have time to drive to Coa Valley tours which start at the Museum.
Location: We were looking for a nice hotel within a reasonable driving distance to the Coa Valley. It was an unexpected find and we would stay there again.
New small modern hotel. Staff was very nice but onsite employees spoke limited English. However, when you called the hotel it was answered by a gentlemen who spoke excellent English.T
