"The services of the hotel were excellent and the staff were very helpful and polite. They worked extremely hard in all departments especially in the hotel rooms which were daily cleaned. We asked for a change to the feathery pillows and duvet and that was done immediately. The hotel is in an exceptional location near to all the services such as buses and shops. Close also to the restaurants by the harbour. The open plan breakfast arrangement is excellent and the staff worked very hard to get the food out and so all the hot and cold food were available. We were very pleased with our stay and the backway entrance to the road leading to the harbour is a gooldsend! "
