Very itchy bedding bad hard bed no sleep but swimming and s5aff were great

Thank you for your feedback. Its great to see that you received good service and enjoyed our swimming pools. We do offer mattress toppers for guests who prefer a softer mattress - these can be requested with reception.

Overall a good hotel, clean and comfy. Breakfast was good and available. Only down side was that there weren’t any glasses in the room for water.

What an amazing experience. However, I think that the entertainment for children should be Expanded.

Staff is not good in communication. Very expensive hotel as it mentioned about spa, massage and so many things included with this hotel but unfortunately we are not happy because they are charging extra for any extra activities....not worth staying there

The property was clean and tidy. It was very quiet and the services provided were amazing. The pool is free for guests of the hotel and it was just relaxing and the games room was great entertainment I didn’t even need to leave the hotel!!
