It has the potential to be a great property. However cleanliness is an issue. Cutlery and crockery were dirty upon arrival. There were food scraps from the previous guest still on the pantry floor! The property sleeps 11 yet there were only 6 mismatched cups to use.........

Location: Close to beach, shops, great cafes
Great location. Good size house for a family. We had small children with us which were well catered for (toys, playground in back yard, crockery)
Stove was very grubby and pots and pans dirty and greasy. Crockery was also not clean
We left the house cleaner that how we found it. As it was quite expensive that was very disappointing.

Pros: Modern fairly new
Cons: Not clean sticky floors, spider webs in rooms and cupboard not enough toilet paper supplied for 3 toilets and not near beach as advertised

Pros: Close to golf course. Easy access for players.
Cons: Two story apartment, toilets only on one floor.

Pros: The amount of room and the balconies. Everything worked and instructions were easy to follow and extensive.
Cons: Some scrubbing material and implements for the BBQ etc would have been good plus more dishwasher powder and some detergent would have been good.

Very close to our wedding reception and close to town too. Very quiet too.
