Lovely property, easy check-in and the staff were very helpful. Food was fantastic with the best yorkshire pudding i've ever had. Nice and peaceful room, a little on the hot side with no way to turn it down but with the window open, no issue.

The hotel was in a very good location. Staff were great happy and helpful. Food fabulous x very clean and well cared for hotel. We were made very welcome. We will return again it was so nice.

Not worth the price , very basic a 2/3 star hotel with tiny “spa” . Some staff were lovely but couple of them were just not friendly like the manager .

Dear Fozia,I am very sorry that your recent stay with us didn't exceed your expectations. Our spa is quite small and intimate, and for this reason, most times guests use it, you will have completely to yourself. Our indoor pool is 7.3m x 4.6m, then we have a sauna, steam room and gym as well as one beauty room for spa treatments. I am disappointed to hear that you didn't find our whole team friendly as that is usually the main thing everyone comments on - how lovely and helpful everyone is!I am also very disappointed with your comments that the hotel is very basic, as we have only the most high quality and luxurious fixtures, fittings, bed linen, food, etc., every room has a fridge, iron, safe, fresh milk, fresh fruit, homemade chocolate tart, luxury tea selection and we are always updating things, for example, we have just spent 25000 replacing all crockery; last year we replaced all of the bed bases and mattresses, all in the aim of never being called anything like 'basic'.Once again, I am sorry that you felt let down by your experience, but i hope any readers of this review will read my reply and not feel at all put off by this review as we try so hard to keep our hotel lovely and luxurious.Yours Sincerely,Bogdan GorganGeneral Manager

The reception staff are welcoming and friendly, they are a great asset to the hotel.

Very special place here for 3 days and it was far more than we expected ,perfect in every way and lovely staff .
We will definetly go back exceptionally high standard.Lovely location just off sea front .

This is one of the best hotels ive stay in the staff are amazing, the food is out of this world the room are brilliant you cant ask for more
