The cleaning person was absolutely amazing and accommodating. The early check in was not an option that day but she got us in as soon as possible. The room was an economical choice and had no frills. Great option if you are trying to budget, not a comfortable stay.

They didn’t show the room pictures while booking and once we landed there, the room was like a hole and looked very shady.

it is not liking, it is about the cost and service provided. Service provided is not satisfying level as per cost/price you are taking.
