Smelly and dirty room

The hotel had a very bad odder throughout the building, the room had a very strong smell of smoke even though it was a smoke free building. The front desk clerk noted on our file that there was a smell. The room was dirty and the floor was sticky in some areas, we did not take our shoes off until we went to bed. The staff was friendly but we asked to have a wake up call and a cab these were not done and the morning front desk clerk said that there was no note of our request

Needs updating for sure mirrors are falling apart bathrooms are dated with blue tile. Beds were not comfortable at all. Need new mattresses . Rooms were not as cool as expected. Flat screen TV. No fridge just a cooling fridge for drinks. Room was spotless as far as cleanliness. Staff was really really wonderful and helpful. Hotel is only 15 mins by car from Yorkdale Mall

Nice lobby, I think a good part of the hotel is rented out as apartments. Kids everywhere at all hours, My room was very outdated, did not feel comfortable at all. not the best of neighborhoods. Parking lot very dark, Side security door broken, had to walk around front of building to get in.

Parking lot was full. It was a bit of a chore to find a spot. Other than that all was good.

Horrible stay and I deserve a refund

This was a total rip off! It’s not even a full hotel, half of it is residential to low income families. Horrible condition, doors and frames rusted, very out of date, just run down and unkept.. The WiFi didn’t work, the desk told me it was just busy. My TV remote did not operate the TV. They also wouldn’t help me with early check in, I arrived at 6am, they wouldn’t accommodate me until 2 and there were rooms available, I saw them. Only good thing is that it was just overnight. Furthermore, I have been receiving emails from Hotels.com notifying me that I only need 1 stay for a free night and I’ve never received it. I believe it only showed a credit of 3 stays on this one. There needs to be a refund from this trip
