didn’t really like the communal style bathroom and the bed was not very comfortabke

Thank you for your feedback. During Taylor Swift the rooms going for upto 5000 a night, whereas you paid less than 150 a night a night. Realistically you had an excellent deal.

Our room was clean which was appreciated, but the property did feel a bit run down for the amount of money we paid given the extremely small space of the room. There was also a lot of drug activity near the property which made us nervous travelling to and from the property. It was an appreciated place to stay for this trip but I will highly likely not return due to the neighborhood and small rooms.

Since we are a budget accommodations, further more compared to what you paid you had an excellent deals. We do offer better rooms but prices are geared to type of room

The front desk person was kinda pushy and the area around the hotel felt a little unsafe, especially since we were 2 women travelling together. The bathroom i could tell had not been cleaned properly before we got there s there was a gemstone stuck to the shower wall. The overall furnishing was also in rough condition and parts of the carpet in the hallway was coming off, making a tripping hazard when going down with luggage.

Area surrounding hostel is major drug and homeless encampment. Payed for 5 nights left after 1st losing money. Room no window, no washhand basin,no where to stow/ hang clothing. TV did not have aerial. Communal showers mixed!. Only stayed 1st night as could not get another place. Looking for a cheap place for night? Try the station.

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor conditions. We have suites which comes with a private washroom and kitchenette but you wanted to pay less to get a room with shared washroom. Maybe checking the station or nearby hostels could lead to a better option. Hang in there!

Tiny rooms with stink

Well , sorry about your terrible experience. Perhaps you booked a room that was not meant for you. Oh ya, about showers; definitely our fault. We should have informed you the faucet needed to be pulled before water comes out. Regretfully the faucet manufacturers have not standardise faucet operation yet.
