The shuttle never materialized so we took a cab and presented the taxi bill at reception- they upgraded our room and gave us a breakfast voucher but the coffee was terrible no salt or pepper on table no jam available!

Parking lot currently under construction so was very loud starting from 7am.

Shuttle bus was very easy and the driver was extremely friendly. Checkin was quick and easy, staff at checkin counter very friendly also.

The pool was unavailable during the scheduled open hours, and it was really my only opportunity to swim until next summer.
