I really was disappointed that when the shuttle showed after a long wait, he told us that is the wrong one, but didn’t explain how to get to the one we were booked in. So, due to the fact that you don’t put the address on our last email, we paid $30 to get to the one our driver thought it was. Nope, we paid another $30 to get to the correct one. The signs on both are exactly the same and our 2nd taxi said that he picks up people every night not knowing the correct address. So it cost us a lot of money and think that is very irresponsible of you. It also cost us 3 hours of sleep, when we didn’t have a lot of to begin with. I got 2 1/2 hours only and was hoping for 5 1/2. Not a pleasant experience at all!

Dirty. They didn’t put savon in the room and not hot water
