The street that this boutique property is on is lovely. The immediate area is safe however there are areas within a few blocks where I would not feel safe walking alone as a female.
The rooms themselves are small but lovely. Will stay again!

This boutique hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the Garden District. Very walkable and safe, lots of restaurants and public transportation. The rooms are perfect for sleeping and very comfortable with many amenities. You can see the property has been renovated recently. It mimics many of the boutique hotels in NYC, small very functional rooms at a tremendous price. Great value and very clean. We will be back!!!

Close to the tram line which is nice but definitely feels more like a hostel than a hotel. No sound protection and very small. Also, a bit of a sketchy area, just be mindful when walking around.
