The hotel was beautiful, including our room. It was very clean, modern, etc. Unfortunately, they were having difficulties with their fire alarms which woke us up twice and we had to evacuate. Because the stairs went outside, once we were able to go back to our room..we had to wait for the elevators—we weren’t offered any other way to get back up.

The lobby area is okay, there's a tennis court/basketball court and a swimming pool. The room needs refurbishing badly, which the hotel is in the process of doing. The guest room doors are terribly noisy; I think that's something that should be fixed. There's only one restaurant in the hotel, and no lunch served. All in all, it is a far cry from the days of the Prince Hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. Modern, updated hotel on beautiful grounds. So many food options across the street. Love staying here

Price of property was great and staff was amazing!!! I didn’t like how my room was dirty and the common bathrooms around the hotel were also dirty.

Public transport available - well over an hour by bus to subway to Union Station (CN Tower area). Uber approx $30 each way to CN Tower area, about 40 minute drive. No airport shuttle - needed to Uber due to early morning flight. Old building, poor light in room other than in bathroom. Large windows, but very dirty. Grounds tidy at front of hotel - didn’t view other areas.
