The staff were great. I initially booked the wrong location. I went online to book this location for the next night and no accessible rooms were available. I called and explained the situation to the staff. They were wonderful about accommodating my need for an accessible room and arranged for an early check in which was greatly appreciated!

Nice place to stay, clean room was upgraded as well which was nice. Toothpaste I purchased in vending machine never went downn

In town for the Eras Tour. Loved that they were playing Taylor Swift in the lobby the whole time. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Made an error on the booking dates and would not change the dates very disappointed and will not be staying here again

Thank you and we apologies for the inconvenience caused and when a booking made through a 3rd party, we have to adhere the protocol as we have no options to modify unless the reservation is made directly with the hotel.
