We had a great stay! We were in town for the Taylor swift concert. The hotel went above and beyond with a decor on every floor and a swifty lounge, complete with friendship bracelets and a Photo Booth. Walking distance to many restaurants and the Roger’s Center. To top it off, we returned from the concert to find a post concert goody bag waiting for us in the room. Excellent service. Highly recommend

Perfect location for downtown. Room was spacious. Top quality experience. And bathrobes included. We would stay there when revisiting Toronto.

The staff at check-in were highly professional and accommodating, particularly with the early check-in and late checkout requests.The restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and modern, and the location is unbeatable.
