Very handy to the airport, nice clean bathroom and beds and a very convenient free shuttle. Also appreciated having plenty of tv channels to choose from!

Would have liked onsite restaurant, similar to when a Mr. Greek was part of the hotel.

Posted 24 Mar 2020 on Hotelstheir website said they were pet friendly, but not that it would cost you $50.00 for the pet. So they give you a good rate and then charge outrages price for your dog. Not good!

It is clean , close to Pearson Airport, They were extremely short staff on Feb. 28 th no one to help me to room with luggage, unable to manage the huge luggage cart, had to make 5 trips to room, only 1 employee on duty. Had to wait 1 1/2 hours for shuttle to Hotel.
Better service March 29 th @ checkout.
