Big variation of breakfast choice. 24 hour available coffee. Clean and pleasant atmosphere.

Clean and the room.attendant is very nice and did a great job cleaning our room on our 2nd day stay. Brakfast buffet is amazing. Definitely recommend Holiday in in Vaughan.

I stayed with my two kids and had a good experience. Rooms were recently renovated looked new. Breakfast was decent too.

The fire alarm went off at 1:30am, we all had to wait outside with no explanation on what happened. It was a very scary event for our anniversary.

We are unable to reset the system until the Fire Department completes a thorough review of the Hotel. We want to ensure all guests are safe and take Fire Safety seriously. Unfortunately we experienced a false fire alarm at 2 am and had to evacuate to the lobby. I understand this is a circumstance unable to be controlled by the hotel directly, however the reaction and organization by hotel staff was less than ideal. After the fire department had left, none of the hotel staff communicated to the guests we could back to our rooms. We stood in the lobby freezing with our 1 and 3 year olds until I was able to speak with a hotel security person. Hotel staff could use some retraining on emergency evacuation procedures and communicating with guests in such scenarios.
