This condo provided an affordable alternative to the hotels in the area. Nice interactions with staff. Check in was a little confusing but otherwise everything was great.

I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent stay. While I appreciated the location, I encountered quite a bit of noise both when the window was open and closed at night. Additionally, I arrived on Tuesday around 7 PM and noticed that the washer contained wet laundry the next morning. I emailed to inform you that I wouldn't be able to use the towels before my departure due to the bed sheets and towels being left in the machine. The response I received asked me to remove and fold the laundry, which I found quite surprising. Given that I was in Toronto for work and arrived in the evening, I felt this task should have been completed prior to my arrival. Although I did fold the items to be helpful, I was disappointed with this oversight. Thank you for addressing these concerns.

While I thought the property was excellent and it’s location very good and well priced, I found the check-in process to be difficult I needed to meet in someone in person. Also, I didn’t like being directed outside Expedia app to do a separate agreement with the vender including a damage deposit.
