Customer service was great. The first room I was given, when I walked up to the door I saw it was open (door had not been pulled shut after cleaning), and there were crumbs on the bedside table so I went downstairs and asked for a new room. They immediately apologized and gave me a new one.
The rooms are interesting, small and cozy. There’s a hallway, small kitchen, washer/dryer in a closet, bed and bathroom were clean & tasteful. It felt like a college dorm. I would stay here again.

Rooms are a smaller but it is a convenient location and a quiet building.

The property is not a luxury property but it is very convenient and the facilities are clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly but, the best point is that the units are basically apartments with kitchen, living and separate sleeping areas. Way homier than a single hotel room.
Would stay again particularly on stays longer than 1 night.

The staff is incredible. They did an amazing job working with us when we had a booking issue with a 3rd party and accommodated our every need.

Great little boutique hotel. The room was large, new, modern, and ideally located for walking Yonge St. it was a little noisy outside so I would recommend as high a floor as you can get.

We really liked the location of this property because we arrived by train at Union Station and it was just a short walk. The staff were very friendly and accommodating - early check in and convenient baggage storage. The room itself was very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.
