The hotel is actually really hard to find and to get into, even with Google Maps.
It is dated but clean, no complaints there. The staff were very friendly.
The single elevator goes very slow, but it's only a 3-story property so not the end of the world, and the stairs are better anyway, I suppose.
My only tangible complaint was the quality of the breakfast, which I found comestible but not great, even by franchise-hotel-breakfast-buffet standards.
The staff were super friendly. Kudos to them.

Service upon check in was pleasant and room clean. Breakfast was pretty good but would have liked fresh fruit and granola for my yogurt. Did not have a chance to see what is around the area.
