The address provided was incorrect it took 2 hours before we were contacted and shown to the unit by a very pleasant young lady. The unit was very shabby to say the least. AC was locked and could not be changed. We moved out the following morning even though we had paid for 4 or 5 nights it was that bad

I liked that it had a kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. This was basically an apartment, not really a hotel. The place was nice, but it was annoying when the building fire alarm went off since it was loud and the elevators would be shut down. I feel like the towels could have been cleaner, there were stains on them, so we bought our own soap and washed them again. We liked that their was a washing machine. Also they didn’t provide rags so we had to buy some. We asked to stay an hr later than check out, the guy said it was fine. The cleaning lady showed up 45 before we had to leave and asked to use the washing machine, but really she just started cleaning. So we were there getting our stuff together and she’s just pulling up all the sheets. Seemed like she was cleaning with vinegar... which was kinda gross considering it’s a place multiple people stay in. But regardless we had a good time. Tv and WiFi were good. And kitchenware.

Posted 12 Nov 2018 on HomeAwayOverall, I was very pleased with this space. The unit was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. This is a very busy area with regard to traffic, but there are lots of stores and conveniences nearby. That's important to me when I stay somewhere. We arrived late because we were stopping and shopping on our way to this property. Check-in started out a little bit scary because we didn't really know where or how to get the key. The manager who corresponded with me was absolutely delightful and was quick to respond to our needs. All I had to do was to text a question, and everything was answered and handled perfectly. There are minor things I would do to the unit where we stayed, and those things could bother very picky guests. The vertical blinds at the sliding glass door are broken and missing, so they should be replaced. The carpet in the bedrooms is stained pretty badly, and that could really ruin the experience for some people. If I had a child, I would not let him/her on the carpet. This is not the fault of the cleaning people. I would rip out the stained and worn out carpet and replace it with the same flooring that is in the rest of the unit because that is so easy to clean perfectly. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable, we are two adults/a couple, and we had no significant issue with this other than that we did notice the appearance.
For me, the very few and small "issues" we had are nothing considering the overall comfort and value/price of the unit.
FYI, the photos of the unit are "generic." The photos are not of the unit where we stayed at all. That turned out not to matter to me, but it would matter to some people.
In the future, I would want to know the check in details in advance. I am not comfortable with arriving and then finding out where I'm going. I was nervous until I found out that there was a very attentive and helpful manager to deal with by text messages.
