Staff was nice but they were to notify us when the room was ready and they did not. We had to go back down to the desk and they said oh they forgot.... And it had only been 2 hours earlier... We were waiting to check in cuz we needed to get ready for a wedding. So that Kind of hard to believe. Also the elevator got stuck with some people in it and we were very glad it wasn't us..... We had the king room suite which was very clean.. probably could use some updating but overall we were pleased with it.
