"Hotel is smth out of this world: amazing territory, style of the rooms, food… It’s tte best hotel we stayed in. Food: main restaurant has so many food options, it’s impossible to try all. And every time the chef welcomes you at the entrance.. Rooms: we stayed in deluxe rooms - we had jacuzzi, access to the swimming pool. "This meant to be a 5 stars hotel but in fact its 3 stats. We arrived on a very hot evening after a 5 hours flight to find that our room has no aircon and the temperature outside was 38C and it was very humid. Staff were not welling to change the room and kept saying that they are fully booked. We have 6months old baby who was crying because of the heat un able to eat or sleep. "Beautiful place! Beautiful views. Staff was friendly! We got in late and ordered food at the bar and it was delicious. I would recommend staying here!! I loved that there were cats and dogs on the property. All were super friendly and left you alone unless you tried to entice them to come to you. "

"We stayed for 4 nights, a family of 4. It was a very pleasant stay. People are nice and friendly. The place is clean and the staff were helpful. The facilities in the hotel were great. I wish a bottle of water was provided as part of the half board service. The wifi in the room was a little poor in particular 2 nights out of the 4. The rest was moderate.
