Good value, spacious room with nice features. The pool and hot tub area felt sparse or uninviting. We were surprised to find that no alcohol was served or even allowed on the premises. I respect the Yakama nation’s rules, but it should be stated clearly. The vibe is just a little less friendly without a bar to socialize at. Maybe serve mocktails? Craps table hours could be expanded. I wanted to play around midnight and 1:00pm but it was closed.
I’d consider going back for the value and nice accommodations. It worked well as a home base for seeing the surrounding areas (vineyards, museum, natural beauty). Wish the casino had a little more of a fun vibe though.

To start I was not able to check in at 3 pm because they stated my room was not ready. The front desk told me that they would call me when my room was ready. I never received a call from them. I returned at 7pm and they stated my room was ready. They next morning we had to leave early because we found bedbugs. I was told by the mainence manager that they woulod give a discount or refund but since I booked through expedia I would have to go through them, but that I would receive a call from the hotel about this.. I never received a call from the hotel. Expedia tried calling them but they could nolt get through to the hotel so Expidia said there is nothing they can do even though I sent them pictures. This place and expedia are a joke. Do not go here.
