The location was great, near the station and galataport. A lot of options you can make.

Location is very good, right by the T1 tram that takes you to all the tourist places. Rooms and cleaning services are also very good. However, the staff is not that nice. When it was time to check out, they didn’t even give me a minute to check my room one last time and they were waiting outside the door the whole time. Made me very uncomfortable. Next time I would probably stay at any hotel near the T1 line, not this one.

Hello, first of all, you made a reservation for our hotel for 2 adults and 2 children. But 7 adults came, we did not accept you and you started to shout disrespectfully. You ate in the lobby, you spilled your coke on the floor, we did not say anything. Check out time is 12:00, we wanted you to leave the room at 12:45 and you still did not want to leave. At 11:00 am, we called you and said that check out is at 12:00 pm, just like in the rest of the world. You are lying and misleading people. If you look at the other comments, you will understand what kind of hotel we are. Please do not choose our hotel again for you and your family.

I ordered queen suite for 2 adults 2 children the hotel insisted to put only 2 towels when I asked for 2 more the answer was that the staff already gone and that i have 2 bath robe and its mor than enough.
I spent 6 days and only in 3 days i got 4 towels the res i had to manage with 2 towels.
the same happened with blankets and pillows, they charge for 4 peoples but provide towels and blankets for 2.
at the first day there was not hot water at all.
I had a lot of expectations from the hotel but i was very disappointed.

Hello dear Haim, We usually locate room half towel and half bathrobe as a policy, when the guest prefer to change we help them. there should be a misunderstanding about the changing flow. otherwise we will not allow to take a shower our guest without a bath towel as well. you complaint about pillow and blanket quantity but we supply enough piece of them for our guest even we give more pillow. such as in bedroom we put 4 pillow instead of 2 pillow. but you dont focus on it. there would be some temporary temperature changes about combi boiler. otherwise we have always hot water. have a good day

Towels change in 2 days.
Room h mosquito.

Hello dear Larry; First of all, your rating and comment disappointed and saddened us. Because we always try to do our best for our guests from the entrance to the exit. You have a complaint about the towel change flow. You are the first guest to complain about this. We reserve enough materials for the suit and procure additional materials when necessary. Our suites are periodically disinfected. There is no chance to see mosquitoes in the suites. It's probably coming from outside. Our breakfast has a variety of items and is quite good. Our breakfast buffet does not deserve to be called a very simple breakfast. On the contrary, it has very rich content. good day
