Real Gem!
Posted 2 Feb 2019 on HotelsLoved the location, loved the secluded feel. A great place to stay if you like the peace and tranquillity of the outdoors. Great hikes to be done. A real gem in the forest. Highly recommend.

Oscar and Arais' place is simply amazing, so is the whole family's hospitality. We enjoyed the quietness, the meals with homegrown chicken, pork, fish, vegetable and fruit, the green surroundings and the natural water pool. We loved the upstairs bedroom with its private bathroom, terrace and hammock. You can take a bus to Topes where hiking routes start, hitchhike, or walk (about 6km ). A must for nature lovers.

Location: Great location altho need a taxi to get to trails but no problems organising from up there. Fantastic hiking.
Amazing facilities and atmosphere. Best food we had in Cuba, staff so friendly. No mozzies.

Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft
Posted 12 Mar 2020 on HotelsDie Unterkunft befindet sich direkt am Wald, wunderschön angelegt, viel grün und zwitschernde Vögel. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber. Riesige Fenster zu zwei Seiten, Balkon mit Hängematte, alles sehr rustikal - ein Traum für Naturliebhaber und Urlauber, die abseits von Turistenströmen mit authentischen Kontakt zu einer kubanischen Familie wohnen möchten. Einziges Manko: morgens war die ansonsten sehr ruhige und kaum befahrene Straße recht laut.

Ein kleines Paradies mitten im Grünen! Die beiden oberen Zimmer sind mit einer Hängematte auf dem Balkon ausgestattet, in der man mit Blick ins grüne entspannen kann und den Geräuschen des Waldes lauscht. Ein Traum für alle Naturliebhaber!
