Clerk checking me in appeared high, very high. My room was on the first floor, loud neighbors, lots of knocking on doors. Awakened at midnight with knocking on doors. Check out early next morning - man walking a woman down the hall. Same Man came out to me in my car wanting my attention - I drove off - very suspicious.

We booked a non-smoking room. When we arrived, the staff person was pleasant. Upon walking down the hallway, we could immediately smell cigarette smoke & marijuana. There was a hole in our door that went all the way through. The fish eye security lens was missing from the door altogether, allowing people from the hallway to see straight into our room. I am allergic to smoke & we could tell immediately that someone had previously smoked in our non-smoking room. The main floor window was slightly ajar. There were burn holes in the curtain from a cigarette and also on the chair. There was a stain on the bed quilt & mold on the bathroom floor. The room had been cleaned, but the facility is in bad shape. Definitely in need of remodeling. I began to have an allergic reaction to the smoke & it was obvious we were not going to be able to stay here. We went to the front desk to explain. The front desk agent said she was not able to credit our charges because there was no manager on duty. She gave us the manager’s number & told us to call in the morning. When we called back in the morning, the manager was pleasant. She would only credit back half our charge, though. She said we were at the hotel a total of 42 minutes so they needed to CHARGE US a cleaning fee!!

Wanted $100.00 cash deposit. Had to give her my credit card to pay,hotel last night had the tech so I didnt need to give them my card. Rooms are very datex and shabby. Would not stay here again.
